Dr. Eric Rabovsky
Dentist & Founder
Dr. Eric Rabovsky spent his childhood growing up around all the exciting things Olney has to offer. He later graduated from Sherwood High School in 1994 before being accepted to the University of Maryland at College Park, so it’s obvious to see why he’s a big fan of all things having to do with the “Old Line State.”

Office Manager
Jodi is our outstanding Office Manager who truly is the heartbeat of the practice! Jodi leads the team and creates an environment of working hard while providing exceptional patient care! He received his certification from All State Careers and has since become an integral part of the Crownsville Dental team, working alongside Dr. Eric to provide exceptional care. Deriaus plays a key role in assisting with patient procedures and office operations.
Arreuanna
Dental Assistant
Arreuanna is a skilled dental assistant with three years of experience. She completed her studies at Chaffey Community College in California and has specialized training in Invisalign Molis. In her role, Arreuanna works closely with Dr. Eric, assisting with patient care and helping ensure the office operates smoothly and efficiently.
Riley
Sterilization Tech
Riley is a dedicated Sterilization Technician at Crownsville Dental, where she’s passionate about learning everything she can to pursue her goal of becoming a hygienist. A graduate of North County High School, Riley has always been active, playing sports like lacrosse and soccer, which helped shape her strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset.

Deriaus plays a key role in assisting with patient procedures and ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently.
He is passionate about helping patients achieve beautiful, healthy smiles and finds joy in the positive impact he makes on their lives. Deriaus is proud to work in a practice that embraces cutting-edge technology, making Crownsville Dental and Wellness stand out in the field.
Outside of work, Deriaus enjoys spending quality time with his kids, coaching youth football, and staying active. If he weren’t in the dental field, he’d likely be coaching or driving a truck.

Dental Assistant

She takes pride in making patients feel comfortable and delivering a friendly smile and a positive experience during their visits. Arreuanna believes the practice is unique because of the genuine care for patients and the strong sense of community among the staff.
Outside of the office, Arreuanna enjoys spending time with her husband, going to the movies, and volunteering in the Riverdale community. She is also passionate about helping others learn more about the Bible, traveling to California to visit her family, cooking, and attending concerts. If she weren’t in dental assisting, Arreuanna would love to pursue a career as a cooking content creator or an interior designer.
